Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend applications.
- Optimize existing solutions.
- Ensure compliance with software development guidelines.
- Implement database communication and system integrations.
- Work with synchronous and asynchronous communication mechanisms.
- Apply unit and integration testing practices.
- Address application security requirements.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of commercial programming experience.
- Very strong knowledge of Java and Spring Boot.
- Knowledge of libraries for database communication and relational databases including PostgreSQL and Oracle DB.
- Understanding of application architecture and system integration principles.
- Experience with unit and integration testing, including Spock or JUnit.
- Practical knowledge of synchronous and asynchronous communication, particularly Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Knowledge of application security, including OAuth 2.0 and JWT.
- Higher technical education, preferably in a STEM field, especially computer science.
- Knowledge of Kotlin is preferred.
- Experience with BPMN engines such as Camunda or Flowable is preferred.
- Ability to use AI tools supporting software development is preferred.
