Base Salary
$171k - $232k/yr
Responsibilities
- Drive customer, business, and technology outcomes by identifying and executing opportunities across the organization.
- Lead significant technology initiatives end-to-end, including horizontal architecture layers.
- Partner with customers and cross-functional stakeholders to influence complete solutions to customer problems.
- Design and implement durable, scalable, secure, and high-availability software solutions.
- Build full-stack applications using modern front-end, back-end, cloud, and AI technologies.
- Guide the application of AI to customer problems and use evaluation tools to measure solution accuracy.
- Contribute beyond the primary area of ownership and mentor and influence technical and non-technical partners.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience developing systems or software for large business environments.
- 4+ years of experience designing complex distributed systems, management products, or business applications.
- Full-stack development experience applying AI technologies to user experiences or backend solutions.
- Experience with technologies such as React, Angular, SwiftUI, Kotlin, Java, TypeScript, Spring, Express, SageMaker, Vertex, LangChain, large language models, prompt engineering, DialogFlow, and Python.
- Prior experience working in a cloud computing environment such as AWS or GCP.
- Experience working on teams that have built AI-native applications.
- BS or MS in Computer Science or a related field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, mentoring, collaboration, decision-making, and cross-functional influence skills.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, complex, matrixed, and global environments.
