Responsibilities
- Establish the vision, strategy, and success metrics for the Customer Support and Integrity Security function.
- Lead the technical direction and roadmap execution for security to reduce risks associated with support agents and tooling.
- Collaborate with multiple teams to enact security strategies for support tooling and agents.
- Design and operationalize security controls to promote secure solutions and best practices.
- Establish measurable metrics to track the performance of security programs.
- Perform security testing and validation to identify gaps and remediation plans.
- Drive alignment across organizations and improve proactive security risk management.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a security engineer in enterprise or infrastructure security.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing security solutions for support and sales populations.
- Experience working with third-party support organizations like call centers.
- Strong understanding of security engineering, system architecture, and design trade-offs.
- Proficient in analyzing code and architecture from a security perspective.
- Experience with scripting languages like Python and programming languages like Java.
- Strong experience with infrastructure as code tooling like Terraform.
- Hands-on experience with IAM platforms and Google Workspace products.
- Expertise in cloud infrastructure management in GCP and AWS.
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in root cause analysis.
