Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Manage large security projects and enhance system defenses.
- Develop secure code for security tooling and automation.
- Collaborate with cross-departmental leaders to deliver secure products.
- Conduct security assessments on AI/ML models and data pipelines.
- Implement guardrails to prevent PHI exposure.
- Own the technical security architecture across multi-cloud environments.
- Secure Kubernetes clusters and Infrastructure-as-Code within CI/CD pipelines.
- Design and enforce IAM policies and access controls.
- Implement microsegmentation and network isolation for health data architectures.
- Manage network security controls to prevent unauthorized data exfiltration.
Requirements
- 7+ years in Information Security with 1+ years in AI risk evaluation.
- Hands-on experience securing AWS, GCP, or Azure environments.
- Strong coding skills for developing secure tooling and automation.
- Deep understanding of healthcare compliance standards like HIPAA and HITRUST.
- Demonstrated leadership ability in managing security projects.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
