Base Salary
$83k - $170k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy scalable Workday integrations using various Workday tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical designs.
- Lead integrations through their full lifecycle from discovery to ongoing optimization.
- Manage the integration service queue and drive root-cause analysis on production failures.
- Enhance alerting, logging, and error handling to proactively catch issues.
- Create documentation and mentor peers on integration standards and best practices.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Workday integrations in an enterprise environment.
- Demonstrated experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and other Workday tools.
- Working knowledge of data protocols and formats such as REST, SOAP, XML, and JSON.
- Familiarity with security and authentication standards like OAuth 2.0 and SSL/TLS.
- Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting production integrations.
- Solid understanding of core HR functional areas including HCM and Payroll.
