Base Salary
$140k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Review and triage AI workflow and tooling requests from PAR business units.
- Assess feasibility, complexity, risk, technical approach, tooling, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
- Act as the primary technical liaison between AI Enablement and IT and Enterprise Systems teams.
- Design and build governed AI workflows using approved PAR tooling.
- Develop and maintain system prompts, Skills, and Knowledge file architectures for Claude Enterprise.
- Build and manage MCP server integrations and API-layer tooling.
- Maintain the SharePoint Skills and Prompts Library and document tools, integrations, and configurations.
- Develop lightweight internal AI applications and citizen-coded tools and improve existing internal tooling.
- Validate new Claude, Copilot, and Azure AI models and feature releases against PAR use cases.
- Ensure AI solutions meet governance standards for data handling, access controls, and audit trails.
- Lead PAR’s tokenomics initiative to maximize return on AI tooling investments and monthly token spend.
- Support AI policy development and leadership reporting on technical status and release timelines.
Requirements
- Experience with enterprise AI tooling such as Claude Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot, Cowork, or Azure AI, or equivalent.
- Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) and/or API integrations.
- Experience with prompt engineering, including system prompt architecture, knowledge files, and instruction design.
- Familiarity with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and Azure environments.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical business audiences.
- Strong project management and intake triage skills.
- Preferred experience working with IT governance or enterprise architecture teams.
- Preferred citizen development or vibe coding experience, including Copilot in GitHub and low-code tools.
- Preferred background in technology, SaaS, or multi-business-unit enterprise environments.
- Preferred familiarity with AI governance frameworks and data classification standards.
