Base Salary

$90k - $190k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM across DEV, TEST, STAGE, and PROD using Jenkins, Terraform, and Python.
  • Manage OCI compute, networking, storage, and IAM resources in FedRAMP Moderate+ environments.
  • Establish NIST SP 800-128-compliant configuration baselines with deployment traceability and auditability.
  • Coordinate quarterly Oracle SaaS updates, regression testing, impact validation, and rollback procedures.
  • Implement disaster recovery and business continuity capabilities, including automated failover, backup and restore, and DR testing.
  • Monitor performance, availability, and capacity and configure alerts and automated remediation to meet SLAs.
  • Use Terraform for infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and environment replication.
  • Support FIPS 140-3 encryption, key management, and certificate lifecycle activities with cybersecurity engineers.
  • Manage environment refreshes, data masking, and sandbox provisioning.
  • Create operational runbooks, architecture diagrams, deployment procedures, and ATO documentation.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues, mentor junior engineers, lead small technical initiatives, and conduct technical reviews.

Requirements

  • U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance.
  • Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of relevant experience; additional experience may substitute for the degree.
  • At least 7 years of experience in cloud platform engineering, DevOps, or enterprise systems administration.
  • At least 5 years of experience with OCI, AWS GovCloud, Azure Government, or other FedRAMP-authorized cloud platforms.
  • Strong experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, and automated build, test, and deployment pipelines.
  • Experience with Terraform or comparable infrastructure-as-code tools.
  • Proficiency in Python and/or Bash for automation, monitoring, and deployment orchestration.
  • Knowledge of FIPS 140-3, NIST 800-53, and FedRAMP Moderate+ compliance frameworks.
  • Experience with configuration baselining, change control, and release management across multiple environments.
  • Preferred qualifications include 8+ years of cloud platform or DevOps engineering experience, OCI or Oracle SaaS deployment experience, OCI certification, Oracle Fusion Cloud SaaS administration, NIST SP 800-128 practices, disaster recovery and business continuity implementation, Kubernetes and Docker, federal ATO/RMF processes, and Oracle Integration Cloud and OCI experience.
