Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Own the design and implementation of the Conversion GenAI agent.
- Evolve existing GenAI applications to improve reliability and performance.
- Design connections between the sub-agent and downstream ads products.
- Consolidate measurement context into AI-consumable signals.
- Partner with various teams to translate measurement pain points into agent skills.
- Lead the development of a GenAI culture and collaboration model.
Requirements
- 8+ years of backend or full-stack software engineering experience.
- Proven track record of shipping GenAI- or ML-powered products.
- Required expertise in ads domain, particularly in measurement.
- Strong proficiency in product scoping, data analysis, and experimentation.
- Demonstrated technical leadership across teams.
- Experience in upleveling engineers in AI tooling and best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
