Base Salary
$202k - $265k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and develop robust AI architectures, frameworks, and algorithms for scalable enterprise SaaS AI solutions.
- Evaluate and select AI technologies, tools, and frameworks for performance, accuracy, and scalability.
- Guide the direction of agentic capabilities across research, platform, and production teams.
- Lead the technical roadmap of the Agent Platform team and provide technical supervision to Core AI platform teams.
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
- Use agent observability data to improve trust, safety, compliance, performance, and product quality.
- Analyze and enhance agentic systems for performance and efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience as a Software Engineer or in a related role.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++ and AI frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud and deploying AI models on those platforms.
- Experience with security and governance for agentic workflows.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to stay current with AI technologies, frameworks, and platform advancements.
- Knowledge of ethical considerations and responsible AI practices is preferred.
