Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design, development, and optimization of the core cross-border payment system.
- Implement technical solutions across acquiring, clearing, settlement, risk control, and other parts of the payment flow.
- Design and implement reconciliation, error-handling, fund-auditing, and capital-loss prevention solutions.
- Connect international payment channels, including credit cards and local payment methods.
- Address compliance, exchange-rate, settlement, high-concurrency, distributed-transaction, and data-consistency challenges.
- Collaborate with risk control, finance, product, and other teams to improve payment-system stability and security.
Requirements
- Proficiency in cross-border payment systems and payment architecture.
- At least one experience leading development and architecture for an end-to-end payment system.
- Practical experience with capital-loss prevention cases or solutions.
- At least two years of payment-system development and maintenance experience.
- More than five years of Java development experience.
- More than two years of architecture experience.
- Prior experience connecting overseas payment channels is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a strong sense of ownership.
