Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and deploy intelligent single- and multi-agent GenAI applications for planning, task decomposition, and execution.
  • Develop and maintain end-to-end AI workflows integrated with backend systems, APIs, data pipelines, and cloud platforms.
  • Develop and refine NLP, machine learning, predictive, and data analysis models using structured and unstructured data.
  • Prototype and experiment with AI agent frameworks including LangChain, LangFlow, LangGraph, LangSmith, and LlamaIndex.
  • Apply software engineering practices for code quality, packaging, maintainability, and production deployment.
  • Use Python, Java, React, and Node.js to develop full-stack AI applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, present findings to business and management audiences, and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Define success metrics and delivery timelines while supporting timely completion of consulting projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering, statistics, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in NLP, machine learning, or generative AI, specifically involving large language models.
  • Proficiency in Python and other applicable full-stack programming languages.
  • Knowledge of machine learning, language modeling, data mining, predictive modeling, and data science algorithms and platforms.
  • Knowledge of API integration, containerization, cloud platforms, automated testing frameworks, and CI/CD practices.
  • Experience or beginner knowledge in NLP, machine learning, generative AI, data transformation, and scripting.
  • Experience with project delivery, exploratory analysis, data science, big data analytics, business intelligence, data warehousing or platform, and data strategy projects is preferred.
  • Strong communication, documentation, presentation, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
