Responsibilities
- Provide consultative business and system integration services to help clients implement effective solutions.
- Translate customer needs and business requirements into technology solutions and technical specifications.
- Lead integration coordination, stakeholder communication, and discussions concerning transformation, customer journeys, and functional/application designs.
- Map business processes, identify integration points, and resolve integration challenges across multiple teams.
- Act as a subject matter expert, contribute to team decisions, and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Experience mapping business processes and identifying integration points across systems.
- Ability to design and implement integration solutions and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
