Responsibilities
- Drive the maturity of developer experience through comprehensive documentation and guides.
- Evangelise the use of Creator Platform tools to support creators.
- Create step-by-step guides and templates for building content.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to translate technical changes into user-friendly documentation.
- Review and improve existing developer documentation for clarity and accuracy.
- Advocate for improvements based on feedback from the creator community.
- Support the development of programs to grow the next generation of creators.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in technical writing or developer documentation.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
- Familiarity with at least one scripting or programming language.
- Experience with documentation tooling and platforms.
- Strong technical comprehension and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Excellent writing and editing skills for producing tutorials and guides.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with various teams.
- Comfort with version control systems like Git.
- User-focused mindset when producing content.
