Responsibilities

Build tools that provide solutions for the end-to-end research process.
Define and be accountable for the long-term technical roadmap and requirements for research tools infrastructure.
Anticipate changes to technical needs and plan improvements to existing tools and systems.
Size and prioritize tasks within an agile development workflow.
Design and utilize structured feedback mechanisms to evolve research tooling.
Maintain and troubleshoot holistic lab systems.
Create scalable solutions for technical troubleshooting and self-help.
Educate the research and studio teams about research tools and infrastructure.
Manage relationships with vendor partners and internal stakeholders.

Experienced with full-stack coding for web-based applications in PHP, JS, and React.
Understanding of AWS services, including containerized services and networking fundamentals.
Strong technical writing skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Interest in learning and growing within the role.
Ability to collaboratively solve problems with a broad range of technical knowledge.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Can-do attitude for troubleshooting and creating solutions.
Ability to work quickly and re-prioritize tasks as needed.
