Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of application design, development, configuration, and implementation activities.
- Act as a subject matter expert and primary point of contact for application-related technical direction.
- Configure and manage Workday user roles, permissions, and security policies.
- Analyze security requirements and implement solutions that protect sensitive data.
- Coordinate with multiple technical teams and business stakeholders to align solutions with business needs.
- Make team decisions, provide solutions across teams, and troubleshoot security-related issues.
- Mentor junior team members and improve development processes, efficiency, and quality.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Workday HCM Security.
- Proficiency in Workday HCM Security.
- Strong knowledge of access control frameworks and security protocols within enterprise applications.
- Experience configuring and managing user roles, permissions, and security policies in Workday environments.
- Ability to analyze security requirements and implement data-protection solutions.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and troubleshooting security issues in complex systems.
- 15 years of full-time education.
