Responsibilities
- Develop scalable Java and Spring Boot microservices for AI lifecycle workflows.
- Implement APIs and service integrations for deploying, monitoring, and iterating on AI models.
- Automate build, testing, and deployment pipelines for AI platform components on AWS.
- Configure AWS services for secure, efficient, and resilient microservice and AI workloads.
- Improve platform observability through logging, metrics, and alerting.
- Translate AI platform requirements into technical designs supporting model training, deployment, governance, and monitoring.
- Conduct code reviews, refactoring, performance optimization, and defect resolution.
- Support incident analysis and root-cause investigations to improve platform reliability.
- Document platform designs, operational procedures, and user guides.
- Collaborate with data, product, technology, and business stakeholders on continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Extensive Java and Spring Boot expertise with microservices design experience.
- Experience delivering software through Agile practices and coordinating sprints and backlog refinement.
- DevOps experience designing CI/CD pipelines, managing configuration, and integrating automated testing.
- AWS knowledge for selecting cloud services, configuring environments, and managing cost and performance.
- Six to ten years of software engineering experience.
- Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Commercial lending domain experience is applicable when available.
