Responsibilities
- Elicit and document business and data-flow requirements with product owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
- Use authorized AI capabilities to accelerate requirements synthesis, solution optioning, and architecture documentation while validating outputs and protecting sensitive data.
- Translate business requirements into structured technical solutions that support system performance, scalability, and evolving business needs.
- Analyze and interpret large, diverse data sets to identify trends, gaps, opportunities, and actionable business insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on architecture designs, policies, standards, and governance processes.
- Define requirements, user stories, and test scripts through test execution, using test automation tools for efficient end-to-end testing.
- Provide clear written and verbal updates and help troubleshoot, resolve, and maintain automated testing solutions.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience or equivalent expertise in solutions analysis, technical program delivery, or a related field.
- Experience using authorized enterprise AI capabilities in solutions analysis workflows, including validating AI-assisted analyses and following data-sensitivity requirements.
- Strong data fluency and analytics experience, including data extraction, modeling, interpretation, and insight generation from large, diverse data sets.
- Strong technical writing skills and the ability to document complex information for varied stakeholder audiences.
- Advanced data visualization experience creating and maintaining dashboards and reports with approved tools.
- Functional Payments domain knowledge and experience defining requirements, documenting user stories and test scripts, and executing testing processes.
- Previous automated testing experience, including troubleshooting or maintaining Cucumber, Gherkin, Java, Selenium, or similar tools.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, issue-scoping, troubleshooting, and independent-working skills.
- Preferred experience with Business Driven Development, Test Driven Development, or test case automation.
- Advanced numeracy and Microsoft skills, including the ability to create professional presentations with PowerPoint or Pitch Pro.
