Responsibilities
- Lead complex Workfront solution design by translating business requirements into scalable configurations for supply chain and operations teams.
- Oversee Workfront implementation and enhancement initiatives while coordinating technical tasks and enterprise governance alignment.
- Configure Workfront portfolios, projects, custom forms, workflows, reports, and dashboards.
- Analyze usage behavior and performance metrics to optimize Workfront adoption, cycle times, and resource utilization.
- Design integrations between Workfront and adjacent enterprise systems to support consistent data flows and end-to-end process visibility.
- Coordinate hybrid team collaboration through communication and documentation standards during day-shift operations.
- Mentor junior Workfront administrators and developers through coaching, configuration reviews, and best-practice sharing.
- Define technical quality and compliance checkpoints, validate system changes, and document decisions for audit readiness.
- Facilitate requirements workshops and solution walkthroughs with program management and supply chain stakeholders.
- Triage Workfront incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Support user adoption through guidance materials, knowledge sessions, and feedback collection.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of technical experience with Workfront or comparable work management platforms central to solution delivery and optimization.
- Strong expertise in Workfront administration and configuration, including complex workflows, custom forms, and reporting solutions.
- Knowledge of supply chain and operations domains, including demand planning, fulfillment processes, and operational performance measures.
- Program management skills covering structured planning, risk tracking, and stakeholder communication.
- Experience with hybrid collaboration practices and enterprise communication and documentation tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills using Workfront reports and system logs to identify improvements and resolve recurring issues.
- Ability to communicate Workfront configurations, impacts, and options to technical and nontechnical audiences.
- Commitment to continuous learning in Workfront and related work management technologies.
