Responsibilities
- Design and execute software projects from conception to operation.
- Provide guidance and mentorship for junior team members.
- Collaborate with various teams to implement and iterate on customer requests.
- Share knowledge and engage in professional development activities.
- Contribute to the team's work within the first two weeks.
Requirements
- BS degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in fullstack software development.
- Expertise in React, Redux, and JS/Typescript.
- Intermediate skills in Python and/or Go.
- Experience building and operating software features from scratch.
- Ability to follow coding practices and guidelines.
- Experience working with distributed teams and strong communication skills.
- Growth-driven mindset with a desire for increased impact and responsibility.
- Familiarity with AI developer tools like Copilot or Claude.
