Base Salary
$200k - $400k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the technical build for one to three strategic deals from proof of concept through close and post-close stabilization.
- Define technical requirements directly with customers’ senior engineering and product leaders.
- Build technical champions within customer organizations.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks before they threaten a deal.
- Translate bespoke feature requests into durable improvements to the core product.
- Set technical direction, own delivery, and mentor one to three software engineers per deal.
- Lead technical work across infrastructure, agent development, model evaluation, research, and production reliability.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of industry experience in software engineering.
- Strong engineering leadership experience or experience as a technical founder.
- Strong appetite for customer-facing work.
- Ability to own high-stakes accounts amid significant ambiguity.
- Ability to assess technical timelines, weigh risks, and make decisions under pressure.
- Experience productionizing agentic systems is a bonus.
