Base Salary
$150k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define what to own and deliver during the first 90 days.
- Build and shape the AI workforce platform for service businesses.
- Contribute across engineering, product, or company operations according to strengths and business needs.
- Help establish the company’s technical direction and execution approach as the team grows.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience founding a company, serving as a startup CTO or first technical hire, or leading a product or service business.
- Experience building and shipping a product or company, including learning from unsuccessful ventures.
- Interest in AI and the infrastructure, product, or operational challenges of AI-enabled service businesses.
- Willingness to work full-time rather than as a freelance or fractional CTO.
Benefits
- Base salary of $150,000 to $250,000 annually plus role- and candidate-dependent equity.
