Base Salary

$73k - $99k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Recommend solutions to automate existing and new functionality using ServiceNow applications and modules.
  • Activate and configure ServiceNow applications to meet business needs.
  • Develop workflows, client-side and server-side scripts, and custom ServiceNow applications.
  • Research, design, develop, and deliver solutions with customers to improve business processes.
  • Identify development best practices for new and existing ServiceNow applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software application, system integration, and multi-platform issues.
  • Plan system and development deployments and meet software compliance standards.
  • Evaluate hardware and software interfaces, operational requirements, and overall system characteristics.
  • Document testing and maintenance of system corrections.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of related experience is listed in the job qualifications; the detailed knowledge requirements also specify 4 years of software development experience with specific ServiceNow development experience.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification is preferred.
  • Experience developing ServiceNow workflows and client-side and server-side scripts is preferred.
  • Experience with ServiceNow IT Service Management, HR Service Delivery, IT Financial Management, IT Business Management, and Software Asset Management modules is preferred.
  • Web service and database experience is a plus.
  • US citizenship is required.
