Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Recommend solutions to automate existing and new functionality using ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Activate and configure ServiceNow applications to meet business needs.
- Develop workflows, client-side and server-side scripts, and custom ServiceNow applications.
- Research, design, develop, and deliver solutions with customers to improve business processes.
- Identify development best practices for new and existing ServiceNow applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software application, system integration, and multi-platform issues.
- Plan system and development deployments and meet software compliance standards.
- Evaluate hardware and software interfaces, operational requirements, and overall system characteristics.
- Document testing and maintenance of system corrections.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- At least 1 year of related experience is listed in the job qualifications; the detailed knowledge requirements also specify 4 years of software development experience with specific ServiceNow development experience.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification is preferred.
- Experience developing ServiceNow workflows and client-side and server-side scripts is preferred.
- Experience with ServiceNow IT Service Management, HR Service Delivery, IT Financial Management, IT Business Management, and Software Asset Management modules is preferred.
- Web service and database experience is a plus.
- US citizenship is required.
