Base Salary
$165k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Productionize, launch, and operate AI-based technology integrations into Cribl’s core products.
- Partner with product and design leaders to prototype and experiment with new AI features.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest AI technologies and trends.
- Participate in on-call or off-hours duties as required.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of professional software engineering experience building and operating modern web applications.
- Proven fullstack experience, including designing and scaling React-based UIs and backend services/APIs.
- Deep expertise in TypeScript/JavaScript and experience with at least one backend language/runtime.
- Hands-on experience with data and infrastructure, including databases and APIs.
- Experience building AI agent–driven conversational user interfaces.
- Hands-on experience with LLM application patterns and their implementation.
- Familiarity with Model Context Protocols and integrating external tools into LLM-based systems.
- Ability to problem-solve from first principles and make sound engineering tradeoffs.
- Excellent communication skills to explain complex technical topics.
