Responsibilities
- Automate operational processes and improve software delivery methods and technology processes.
- Maintain CI/CD pipelines and support backup, recovery, patching, and ADFS integrations.
- Administer and renew certificates across production and lower-level environments.
- Provide Tier 3 support for HealthShare applications and related technologies.
- Install, configure, and maintain InterSystems base software, kits, patches, and middleware applications.
- Support OAuth and SSO configuration and implementation.
- Support infrastructure, application, monitoring, observability, and additional team initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Three to five years of professional experience in IT and/or federal government contracting environments.
- At least two years of experience coding, maintaining, or supporting production systems.
- Hands-on experience with InterSystems Cache, IRIS, or HealthShare.
- Experience with Jenkins, Ansible, cloud platforms, CI/CD processes, Unix/Linux, Apache, Python, and AWS CloudWatch.
- Experience with Agile and/or SAFe methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government/Public Trust clearance and complete required background screening and fingerprinting.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- Experience with Splunk, Dynatrace, Department of Veterans Affairs environments, large-scale middleware applications, and AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate certification are preferred.
