Responsibilities
- Design and implement highly available, high-performance, scalable infrastructure and systems.
- Build tools and workflows that improve other engineers’ day-to-day productivity.
- Design CI/CD and related workflows to improve stability, robustness, and iteration speed.
- Maintain and optimize key-value and relational databases and caching systems.
- Scale and load-balance web server backends.
- Monitor systems and applications and resolve reliability, scalability, and performance issues.
- Develop monitoring tools, alerts, and dashboards for system health and performance.
Requirements
- Strong experience with AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Proficiency in database management and caching strategies.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and orchestration tools.
- Experience with Python and Terraform.
- At least 3 years of DevOps, SRE, or systems administration experience.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
