Responsibilities
- Design and implement secure CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, testing, and deployments across multiple enclaves.
- Optimize build and test processes with software engineers and reduce deployment friction.
- Build Infrastructure-as-Code frameworks to provision and configure development, test, and production environments.
- Ensure environments meet DISA STIG and NIST 800-53 requirements.
- Create monitoring and logging infrastructure to support security operations, troubleshooting, and incident response.
- Own roadmap epics end to end and instrument metrics measuring improvements to the CI experience.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, and Rust.
- Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals, including design patterns, testing, version control, and debugging.
- Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Crossplane, Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, and Chef.
- Working knowledge of Docker and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes and Docker Swarm.
- Understanding of Linux system administration, networking, and scripting with Python and Bash.
- Experience deploying and maintaining systems in classified DoD or IC environments is preferred.
- Experience with CircleCI, GitOps workflows, and declarative infrastructure management is preferred.
- Proficiency with Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or Splunk is preferred.
