Responsibilities
- Collaborate with users, designers, PMs, and data scientists on LLM-based agents.
- Develop prompts, evaluations, and tools for code interaction.
- Prototype solutions, iterate based on user feedback, and ship products.
- Stay informed on the latest research in LLM prompting and code editing.
- Work with other teams to enhance capabilities and integrate tools.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience in backend engineering (Go, Java, Python).
- Experience shipping software that utilizes large language models.
- Passion for generative AI and its impact on software engineering productivity.
- Relevant experience with large-scale systems, machine learning, or related fields.
- Ability to facilitate technical discussions and drive towards practical solutions.
- Experience in developing developer tools such as IDEs or static code analysis tools.
