Base Salary
$160k - $265k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build connectors and ingestion pipelines for enterprise data.
- Design and operate pipelines that handle scale and failures.
- Debug issues across APIs and data formats under real-time pressure.
- Own reliability end-to-end, including monitoring and incident response.
- Improve internal tooling and observability for robust operations.
- Collaborate with product and customer teams to prioritize integrations.
- Design and ship agents for data accessibility across product surfaces.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of software engineering experience, preferably in a startup.
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with backend services.
- Direct experience with third-party API integrations and OAuth flows.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS.
- Operational mindset with ownership of production systems.
- Strong debugging skills to trace data issues to root causes.
- Clear communication skills for explaining technical issues to stakeholders.
- Autonomous and self-directed with high ownership.
