Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Adobe AEM components, templates, workflows, publishing configurations, and AEM Assets.
- Build responsive web pages and interactive interfaces from PSD and Figma wireframes using HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks.
- Migrate content and digital assets from legacy systems and other CMS platforms to AEM and AEM Assets.
- Configure AEM systems and integrate AEM with Adobe Analytics, Target, Campaign, IO, Launch, and other Adobe products.
- Collaborate with architects and remote teams, estimate development tasks, and contribute to Agile Scrum delivery.
- Resolve technical issues quickly and implement strategies to reduce recurrence.
- Provide constructive feedback and demonstrate leadership by example.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on Adobe AEM development experience.
- Hands-on experience as an AEM full-stack developer across front-end and back-end development.
- Experience designing and building AEM components, working with JCR and AEM workflows, and configuring AEM systems.
- Strong HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, responsive web design, Java, and J2EE skills.
- Experience with Angular, React, Bootstrap, Apache, jQuery, RESTful web services, and application server logs.
- Knowledge of Adobe EDS and experience using AEM in a cloud environment such as Adobe Cloud or AWS.
- Experience addressing cross-browser and cross-platform issues, including IE, Firefox, and Safari.
- Experience integrating AEM with Adobe Analytics, Target, Campaign, IO, and Launch.
- Experience with Adobe Cloud Platform, its SaaS offerings, and migration from other CMS platforms to the latest AEM version.
- Experience with AEM upgrades is desirable.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
