Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance Python applications and services.
- Define engineering standards, coding guidelines, best practices, architecture decisions, and technology roadmaps.
- Mentor and coach developers through code reviews, technical guidance, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Analyze and optimize application performance, scalability, resource utilization, and system bottlenecks.
- Design solutions for high-volume, mission-critical workloads.
- Design and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines, testing, quality gates, vulnerability scanning, and release management processes.
- Drive DevSecOps practices, secure coding, application security standards, threat modeling, vulnerability assessment, and remediation.
- Ensure solutions meet enterprise security, governance, and regulatory requirements.
- Design and develop AI-enabled applications and services and support AI model development, deployment, monitoring, governance, and optimization.
- Collaborate with product, architecture, infrastructure, security, and business stakeholders.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in Python development and hands-on experience building scalable enterprise applications and platforms.
- Experience with system performance optimization, cloud-native architectures, CI/CD automation, and job scheduling or orchestration frameworks.
- Experience with application security, secure coding, vulnerability assessment, threat modeling, and remediation.
- Knowledge of AI technologies and AI model development, deployment, monitoring, governance, and optimization.
- Strong technical leadership, mentoring, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
