Responsibilities
- Scope, design, and implement complex features for scalable analytics applications.
- Design and build intuitive, responsive user interfaces for analytics products.
- Build and maintain analytics and data models, data flows, and scalable data pipelines.
- Write, review, and maintain performant, well-tested code.
- Mentor junior software engineers and teammates.
- Improve team development processes and collaborate with Product Managers, Customer Experience Designers, and cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- 8+ years of full-stack engineering experience in an agile production environment.
- Experience designing and implementing complex features in full-stack applications and collaborating across regions and functions.
- Proficiency with Java, Spring Boot, JPA, React, Redux, and TypeScript.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON/SOAP APIs, SQL, multithreading, message queuing, distributed systems, and design patterns.
- Experience with NUnit, JUnit, or other automated unit testing frameworks, plus Splunk or comparable monitoring and alerting solutions.
- Fluency with Git and Jenkins and knowledge of cloud-native development such as Cloud Foundry or AWS.
- Good-to-have experience with .NET/C# and Python.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent academic preparation in Computer Science or a related technical field, with strong written and verbal English communication skills.
