Responsibilities
- Translate business and UX requirements into technical designs and implementation tasks with architects, product owners, and business analysts.
- Build secure, scalable backend services and APIs using .NET, Entity Framework, and/or Python, including data access, integrations, and background processing.
- Develop responsive user interfaces using Angular or React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS, and Bootstrap.
- Integrate AI services and components, including LLM-based validations, document analysis, recommendations, and AI APIs.
- Maintain code quality through unit and integration testing, code reviews, coding standards, and security best practices.
- Use Git and TFS, contribute to CI/CD pipelines, and support deployment readiness.
- Troubleshoot production issues within agreed SLAs, perform root-cause analysis, and implement preventive improvements.
- Customize and integrate third-party products and platforms such as Nexus and carrier systems.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance, reviews, and engineering examples.
- Collaborate with QA Automation and Performance teams to ensure features are testable, observable, and performant.
Requirements
- Typically 4–7 years of experience in enterprise application development, ideally with workflow-heavy or B2B platforms.
- Strong hands-on experience with .NET/Entity Framework and/or Python plus a modern frontend framework, particularly Angular.
- Experience with form.io or similar schema-driven dynamic form frameworks is preferred.
- Understanding of AI systems and experience integrating AI, ML, or LLM services through APIs or SDKs is preferred.
- Ability to own features end-to-end with minimal supervision and collaborate across distributed India, Ireland, and US teams.
- Ability to critically evaluate requirements, challenge assumptions, and propose simpler technical solutions that improve user experience and business value.
- Must already be eligible to work in the Republic of Ireland.
