Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions across AWS, GCP, and Azure.
- Lead development of complex models for NLP, computer vision, generative AI, and predictive analytics.
- Optimize models through feature engineering and hyperparameter tuning.
- Oversee large-scale, secure, high-quality data engineering pipelines.
- Implement and maintain MLOps and LLMOps processes for CI/CD, versioning, monitoring, and retraining.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions with product, engineering, analytics, and client teams.
- Mentor and technically lead junior engineers and data scientists.
- Apply responsible AI, security, compliance, and governance best practices.
- Evaluate industry trends and introduce new AI/ML frameworks and cloud-native approaches.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML, data science, or a similar technical domain.
- Deep proficiency in Python and one or more of TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or Keras.
- Experience deploying machine learning systems on cloud platforms, including AWS SageMaker or Vertex AI.
- Expertise in NLP, LLMs, transformers, computer vision, generative AI, and RAG architectures.
- Experience with MLOps, DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, MLflow, and DVC.
- Strong data engineering skills involving ETL, batch and streaming data, SQL or NoSQL, and data modeling.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, team leadership, and mentoring abilities.
- Experience owning delivery for large-scale technology projects.
- Background in enterprise automation, digital transformation, and AI-powered products is highly valued.
