Responsibilities
- Design and implement generative AI applications, RAG systems, agentic workflows, and multi-agent orchestration.
- Build agentic systems with memory, planning, dynamic reasoning, reliable communication, and observability.
- Implement prompt engineering, context optimization, and evaluation frameworks for generative AI applications.
- Own the ML lifecycle, including model versioning, validation, deployment, automated testing, and production monitoring.
- Build production APIs, microservices, data pipelines, and integrations with authentication, error handling, and monitoring.
- Monitor model drift, maintain system reliability, and implement A/B testing frameworks.
- Architect knowledge graph, semantic search, entity resolution, relationship discovery, and hybrid retrieval solutions.
- Present technical solutions to clients and collaborate with architects, data engineers, and business analysts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
- 3–6 years of hands-on machine learning engineering experience across multiple domains, including generative AI.
- Expert-level Python proficiency and strong software engineering fundamentals, including API design, testing, and containerization.
- Experience shipping production machine learning systems in cloud environments using GCP, including Vertex AI, BigQuery, and Cloud Run, or an equivalent platform.
- Experience building generative AI, traditional machine learning, and computer vision applications; applying MLOps practices; and implementing retrieval-augmented generation.
