Responsibilities
- Develop high-level machine learning solution architectures for client projects.
- Build, test, assess, and productionize machine learning models and end-to-end ML systems.
- Develop code, data pipelines, predictive models, and business-impact interpretations.
- Communicate analytical insights to clients and build relationships by understanding stated and latent needs.
- Mentor junior machine learning engineers.
- Coordinate with offshore big-data engineers, decision science analysts, and delivery managers.
- Research sales opportunities and generate, target, and classify leads.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience.
- Hands-on experience with statistical tools and techniques, including logistic regression, cluster analysis, factor analysis, multivariate regression, statistical modeling, and predictive analysis.
- Previous experience working on Generative AI projects.
- Hands-on experience with Python, PySpark, and SQL development.
- Hands-on experience with NLP use cases and large language models.
- Experience productionizing machine learning models and designing and managing end-to-end ML systems and data pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with cloud computing services such as AWS; Amazon SageMaker experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical, creative problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and data-quality skills.
