Responsibilities
- Develop high-level solution architectures and collaborate with big-data engineers and decision science analysts to build, test, and assess models.
- Develop code and machine learning models according to project requirements.
- Interpret model outputs and communicate client insights that generate measurable business impact.
- Build client relationships by understanding stated and latent business needs.
- Mentor junior machine learning engineers.
- Coordinate with offshore delivery managers to support communication and delivery.
- Research sales opportunities, generate leads, and perform target identification and classification.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience.
- Hands-on experience with statistical tools and techniques and analytical toolkits including logistic regression, cluster analysis, factor analysis, multivariate regression, statistical modeling, and predictive analysis.
- Previous experience working on GenAI projects, including hands-on experience with NLP use cases and LLMs.
- Hands-on experience with Python, PySpark, and SQL development.
- Experience productionizing machine learning models and designing and managing end-to-end ML systems and data pipelines.
- Experience with cloud computing services such as AWS; SageMaker experience is preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, creative-thinking, and data-quality skills.
