Responsibilities
- Participate in requirements analysis, design, development, unit testing, documentation, and the full software development lifecycle.
- Develop and deliver complex application features using Java, Node.js, and Python.
- Build agentic workflows on Azure and implement cloud-based application architectures.
- Own long-term code reusability, stability, quality, estimates, and timely delivery.
- Identify and resolve security, usability, and key technical issues.
- Lead code reviews, technical discussions, and problem-solving for the development team.
- Mentor new software engineers, deliver training, and participate in knowledge sharing.
- Guide technical documentation and align quality and prioritization with product and business teams.
Requirements
- 8 to 12 years of experience.
- Expertise building components and services with Java, Node.js, or Python.
- Expertise building agentic workflows on Azure.
- Experience with schema design, dimensional modeling, and data warehouse performance optimization.
- Knowledge of SOLID principles, TDD or BDD, and unit testing.
- Experience with Azure cloud implementation, microservices architecture, RESTful web services, NoSQL, SQL, Docker, containerization, CI/CD pipeline design and build, event-driven architecture, and Kafka.
- Experience leading code reviews and guiding development teams.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, technical leadership, and stakeholder-expectation management skills.
- Preferred experience with AWS or GCP, GraphQL tools such as ApolloGraph or Wundergraph, serverless technologies, Terraform or CloudFormation, Babel, Webpack, NestJS, Jest, Lint, Helm, Apache Airflow, Grafana, and Loki.
