Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions aligned with business requirements and best practices.
- Lead Salesforce customization and configuration across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds for sales processes, territory planning, and opportunity management.
- Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, and custom Salesforce agents.
- Integrate Salesforce with Genesys, Salesforce Data Cloud, and other external platforms.
- Drive adoption of AI technologies, including OpenAI APIs, to improve automation, insights, and agent productivity.
- Oversee territory planning, sales automation, forecast management, and Salesforce reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, resolve technical issues, and deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Maintain technical documentation and mentor junior engineers on Salesforce practices and emerging technologies.
Requirements
- At least 5 years and up to 8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce solution design and implementation.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, platform customization, and configuration.
- Proficiency with Apex programming and Lightning Web Components.
- Experience with Agentforce development, custom Salesforce agent frameworks, Salesforce Data Cloud integration, Genesys integration, and OpenAI API integration.
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect certification is preferred.
- Advanced Salesforce Data Cloud expertise, Salesforce DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, sales analytics and reporting, multi-cloud implementations, and custom agent framework experience are preferred.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline is desired.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II and Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant certifications are desired.
