Responsibilities
- Write, review, troubleshoot, and improve high-quality full-stack application code.
- Analyze client requirements and design overall solutions, technologies, patterns, and frameworks.
- Integrate applications with external systems using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and established integration patterns.
- Implement application and API security controls, including authentication, authorization, access controls, session security, and MFA.
- Use Git-based source control and GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines to deploy across development, testing, staging, and production environments.
- Coordinate requirements, schedules, activities, UAT, and production rollouts.
- Create, validate, and justify work breakdown structures and effort estimates.
- Provide constructive feedback, set expectations, and help resolve complex bugs and code or design review issues.
- Conduct proofs of concept to validate proposed designs and technologies.
- Work in Agile/Scrum processes including sprint planning, backlog grooming, story estimation, and iterative delivery.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of full-stack application development experience.
- Experience with Python, Java, and React, preferably in an Azure environment.
- Strong experience integrating applications with external systems through REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and established integration patterns.
- In-depth knowledge of application and API security, including authentication, authorization, access controls, session security, MFA, and related best practices.
- Hands-on experience with Git-based source control and GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, JWT, SSO, and external credentials.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and continuous-improvement skills.
