Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions aligned with business requirements and industry best practices.
- Customize and configure Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds for sales processes, territory planning, and opportunity management.
- Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, and custom agents.
- Integrate Salesforce with Genesys, Data Cloud, and other external platforms.
- Use AI technologies, including OpenAI APIs, to improve automation, insights, and agent productivity within Salesforce.
- Manage territory planning, sales automation, forecast management, and Salesforce reporting.
- Gather requirements, resolve technical issues, and deliver end-to-end Salesforce solutions with cross-functional teams.
- Maintain technical documentation and mentor junior engineers on Salesforce practices and emerging technologies.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce solution design and implementation.
- Significant expertise with Salesforce Sales Cloud and related Salesforce technologies.
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, platform customization and configuration, Apex, Lightning Web Components, Agentforce, custom agent frameworks, Salesforce Data Cloud integration, Genesys integration, and OpenAI API integration.
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect certification is preferred.
- Advanced Salesforce Data Cloud, sales analytics and reporting, multi-cloud implementation, and custom agent framework experience are preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines is preferred.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II and Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant certifications are desired.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline is desired.
