Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, hire, and develop the EMEA and APJ Partner Solutions Architecture team.
- Own regional partner success, capability outcomes, coverage models, and operating rhythms across two geographies.
- Translate global alliance strategy into regional execution with platform partners, field teams, and systems integrators.
- Scale partner technical co-selling, enablement, certification, accreditation, workshops, and implementation capability.
- Represent regional integration gaps, delivery issues, competitive dynamics, and roadmap requests to product and global Partner SA teams.
- Participate in partner planning, pipeline reviews, business planning, regional events, and commercial conversations.
Requirements
- Experience managing a distributed customer- or partner-facing technical team such as solutions architecture, sales engineering, partner engineering, or consulting delivery.
- Experience hiring, managing performance, and developing technical personnel.
- Background in partner, alliance, or channel motions, including understanding how systems integrators and technology partners operate.
- Solid understanding of the modern data stack, including ingestion, transformation, orchestration, warehouses, lakehouses, open table formats, semantic layers, catalogs, and business intelligence.
- Track record of building capability through enablement programs, certification or accreditation paths, workshops, labs, or partner practice development.
- Comfort with commercial conversations, regional pipeline reviews, partner business planning, and accountability for a number.
- Hands-on experience with dbt and Fivetran is a bonus.
- Experience with organizational change, partner certification or enablement programs, EMEA or APJ partner ecosystems, cloud marketplaces, or co-sell programs is preferred.
