Base Salary
$171k - $260k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with firmwide AI/ML teams, business and product partners, and geographically dispersed colleagues to align on and adopt common AI capabilities.
- Design and implement scalable ML and LLM-powered solutions and platforms.
- Develop and productionize machine learning models, services, and applications.
- Build scalable and reliable data-processing pipelines and deploy model inference services.
- Deploy AI solutions to public cloud infrastructure.
- Generate new AI/ML ideas and communicate solutions with senior technical and business partners.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Machine Learning.
- Minimum seven years of development experience, including at least four years working on AI solutions.
- Experience using LLMs such as OpenAI or Anthropic models for business problems, including tracing, evaluations, and guardrails.
- Strong Python programming skills and deep knowledge of data structures, algorithms, machine learning, data mining, information retrieval, and statistics.
- Experience designing end-to-end solutions with modern architecture, scalability, security, data models, and real-time processing.
- Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL data stores, including Postgres, OpenSearch, and Redis.
- Proven leadership capacity and strong communication skills.
- Financial-services experience in Asset and Wealth Management, Brokerage, or Investment Banking is preferred.
- Experience with LLM fine-tuning, small language model inference, full-stack development with JavaScript and TypeScript frameworks, Go or Rust, and AWS, Azure, or Kubernetes is preferred.
