Responsibilities
- Lead and execute implementation activities for NICE CSA solutions.
- Configure, integrate, and optimize solutions based on customer requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project outcomes.
- Manage assigned tasks in alignment with project objectives.
- Contribute to best practices and delivery methodologies for NICE CSA solutions.
- Work in shifts covering APAC, EMEA, and AMERICAS regions.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience with AI, digital channels, or enterprise contact center solutions.
- BE/B.TECH in a technical or business field or equivalent work experience.
- Experience leading end-to-end AI implementations.
- Ability to configure and build AI solutions across various platforms.
- Strong skills in APIs, CRM integrations, and large-scale deployments.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex AI concepts.
