Base Salary
$78k - $176k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build, train, test, deploy, monitor, and maintain machine learning models in production.
- Apply best-fit machine learning algorithms and technologies to mission-critical solutions.
- Develop and deploy AI/ML and generative AI systems for large datasets and national security missions.
- Collaborate with data engineers, software developers, data scientists, and mission stakeholders.
- Translate user requirements into actionable technical tasks and communicate solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience building and deploying AI/ML solutions into production.
- Experience working with LLMs, generative AI systems, or agentic frameworks.
- Experience with Python and object-oriented programming.
- Knowledge of AI frameworks, supporting tools, and design patterns such as LangGraph, MCP, or A2A.
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field is required.
- Experience deploying generative AI systems into production environments is preferred.
- Experience working in the Intelligence Community is preferred.
- Experience with a deep learning framework such as PyTorch or Keras is preferred.
- Knowledge of security requirements for production code in government systems is preferred.
- A master’s degree in a STEM field is preferred, and a doctorate degree in a STEM field is a plus.
