Base Salary

$83k - $92k/yr

Responsibilities

Act as the principal implementation liaison, translating customer expectations and business processes.
Lead detailed business discovery and develop recommendations for delivery approaches.
Translate technical requirements and execute complex system configuration setups.
Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.
Act as a trusted advisor, developing implementation strategies that consider customer workflows.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create and execute high-quality implementation plans.
Proactively identify and communicate issues, risks, and timelines to ensure successful implementation.
Support customer change management strategies, including user readiness and acceptance.
Develop expertise in multiple product offerings and their value outcomes.
Travel to customer sites as needed for meetings and presentations.

Post-secondary education in a technology-related field is preferred.
Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills are essential.
Consulting experience in a software organization with workflow analysis is required.
Experience managing multi-resource project teams efficiently is necessary.
Proven accountability for project delivery and meeting customer objectives is expected.
Ability to quickly learn new concepts and technologies for customer solutions is crucial.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Must thrive in a high-paced, complex team environment.
Results-oriented with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
4+ years of experience in a software implementation role is required.
Healthcare market experience is preferred.
