Responsibilities
- Design, code, and enhance custom software components and applications.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and collaborate with multiple teams.
- Make team decisions and provide solutions across immediate and multiple teams.
- Lead implementation of software development best practices for quality and maintainability.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align software solutions with business objectives.
- Troubleshoot and optimize software performance and support enterprise system integration.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in SAP for Oil & Gas Joint Venture Accounting.
- Proficiency in SAP for Oil & Gas Joint Venture Accounting.
- Knowledge of the software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience designing and coding custom software components using modern frameworks.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools for connecting enterprise systems.
- A minimum of 15 years of full-time education.
