Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and debug custom software components across systems and applications.
- Develop scalable, high-performing, clean, maintainable, and efficient software solutions using Python.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and contribute to decisions across multiple teams.
- Lead software development best-practice initiatives to improve productivity and product quality.
- Mentor junior team members and support alignment with project objectives.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication for smooth project execution and timely delivery.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Python.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts and design patterns.
- Experience with modern software development frameworks and agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development tools.
- Understanding of software testing principles and debugging techniques.
