Responsibilities
- Participate in customer-facing sessions to discuss projects, translate strategic objectives into use cases, and learn deployment best practices.
- Gather and organize data from multiple sources while ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Help direct AI deployment agents to build data models, process analyses, KPIs, and dashboards through clear specifications.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis with Celonis and other tools to identify trends, process inefficiencies, and root causes.
- Assist with solution design, platform configuration, validation of AI-generated outputs, KPI tracking, documentation, and customer handover.
Requirements
- Currently studying Technology Management, Business or Business Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a comparable degree program with outstanding performance.
- Knowledge of business intelligence, data analytics, and enterprise business processes.
- Experience with programming and databases, including SQL, Python, or related coding and database query languages.
- Basic familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and interest in prompt and context engineering.
- Interest in customer-facing work with strong presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to take initiative, work independently, and think creatively.
- Fluency in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
- Availability for at least five months of full-time work.
