Responsibilities

Lead the development of advanced perception algorithms for object detection, tracking, classification, and segmentation.
Drive business impact through technology solutions.
Design and implement sensor fusion algorithms for robust perception systems.
Optimize perception algorithms for real-time performance on embedded hardware.
Collaborate with teams to integrate perception systems into larger autonomous systems.
Stay updated on research in machine learning and computer vision.
Productionize and deploy solutions onto autonomous vehicle fleets.
Analyze large data sets to derive insights.
Mentor and guide junior engineers.

Masters or Ph.D. in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Robotics, or related field, or equivalent industry experience.
Strong leadership skills in executing complex technical initiatives.
In-depth understanding of machine learning and deep learning algorithms.
Experience with designing and analyzing neural networks for various applications.
Proficiency in deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Fluency in Python and experience with scientific computing libraries.
Proven track record in developing and deploying perception systems for autonomous vehicles.
Advanced knowledge of software engineering principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience mentoring and leading others.
