Base Salary
$295k - $345k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship features that power the social graph for millions of users.
- Architect scalable, long-term solutions.
- Collaborate with teams across the company to translate business goals into a technical roadmap.
- Serve as a technical leader, setting engineering standards and mentoring other engineers.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software development with web or app technologies (React, TypeScript, JavaScript).
- Proven track record building and launching complex, consumer-facing features.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
- Proactive and able to drive projects forward.
- Innovative in designing long-term scalable solutions.
- Team-oriented with a focus on collaboration and diverse perspectives.
